If you’ve never been to any NDP preview and you are dying to get your hands on this year’s NDP preview tickets, you have to jump at this opportunity!
Simply borrow four NLB items and you may well be the lucky winner to walk away with this year’s NDP preview tickets.
Terms & conditions:
- Loan receipts for 4 items must be dated 4th - 26th July 2009.
- Draw date will be on Monday 27th July 2009. Winners will be notified by phone. NDP 1st August 2009 Preview tickets are to be collected at Woodlands Regional Library.
- At least one Item must be from the Singapore Collection [SING].
- Write down your name, contact no. and NRIC / Birth Certificate no. / FIN no. behind the loan receipt.
- Loan receipts cannot be used in conjunction with other reading promotions.
- Combined loan receipts are allowed but must be under the same borrower’s name.
- The Library reserves the right to amend any of the above terms & conditions.
- There is no limit on the number of entries submitted.
- NLB’s decision is final.

“Singapore Collection” needs to be defined. This reference I expect would refer to specific books on Singapore or National Day or to specific items on a list. But which is it?

Hi passerby, thanks for the reply. Yes, in general, the Singapore Collection covers both current and retrospective materials on Singapore in all languages, editions, and formats, including translated works. The call number of the items catalogued under the Singapore collection would have a suffix [SING] on the catalogue. Hope this clarifies.

Hi someone, you may drop the loan receipt (with your name, contact no. and NRIC / Birth Certificate no. / FIN no. written on the reverse side of the loan receipt)into the designated box provided at any public library for the lucky draw.
