The creators of Ice Age present yet another look into the world of Dr Seuss. It all starts with Horton an elephant when he starts his day in the jungle. A speck of dust floats by and Horton thinks he hears a cry for help. Horton runs after the speck and tries to save it from danger. After an eventful chase, he lands in a river and catches the speck of dust on the tip of a flower. It turns out that Horton’s suspicions are right! There is a whole microscopic world in the speck of dust.

Horton’s shout of surprise reaches the ears of the town’s mayor through a broken pipe. Whoville is a lively place filled with lots of strange characters. The mayor is no exception. He has a total of 96 daughters and has very little time for each. The mayor’s son, the smallest of all, is next in line to become mayor. Meanwhile, Horton tries his best to save them from any possible danger. But the other animals don’t share the same sentiment. One such animal is Vlad, an unsuccessful “bad guy” who is hired to steal the clover (flower) and destroy the speck.

Lad ends up chasing Horton half way around the world. This constant movement causes the town of Whoville to be tossed and turned relentlessly and its citizen’s lives are in chaos!
