Have you come across a comic journal/blog?
Is that you in this comic strip?

This is Sarah’s first contribution entitled “routine” and can be found at http://www.leemeixia.com/
Ivan (aka my manager) introduced Sarah’s blog to me one day and insisted that I took a look at her blog.
I couldn’t believe my eyes after visiting this young lady’s blog. It’s really amazing how she expresses herself through the use of illustrations with minimal words.
She calls it her “comic journal”.
I had to meet Sarah and get her to submit her work to the Y.O! blog. So I arranged to meet her on a Sunday morning at Jurong Regional Library.
I was early that day and at around 11am, I received a text message “I’m here”.
Since I’d not met her before, my left brain started to send words like “Sarah”, “comics”, “designer”, “young”, “artistic” etc to my right brain. And my right brain started to feed my left brain with images of how Sarah would look like. Then I went by “elimination process” and I found Sarah carrying a graphic novel designing book!
My colleague, Lynn, asked me to blog about the interesting details of our discussion. Honestly, I couldn’t recall any interesting stories to tell since I was the one talking away… … oops!
And after many hours of torture (kidding!), she agreed to contribute to our Y.O! blog regularly and even agreed to help us design a logo for the blog.

She must have agreed to contribute a logo just to stop your nagging. Kidding! Thanks to Sarah, for helping the library.
