Library Dress-up
Each library had 1 or 2 sports assigned to them. Here’s what they came up with.

Cycle away after borrowing books there perhaps at Central Public Library?

Central Public Library’s archery hits many targets.

Sports@Public Libraries – SYOG Banners and Quiz go to schools

12 primary and secondary schools were greeted with SYOG standee banners bearing the mascots – Lyo and Merly. They had the chance to win special SYOG memorabilia when they participated in a quiz and borrowed some books from the Mass Borrowing session. The banners provided all the answers to the quiz and the students had a great time filling it up.

On 3rd July at Woodlands Regional Library, the public libraries celebrated sports with people with disabilities. Everyone had the chance to participate in fun games and received lots of gifts too!

Sports@Public Libraries – Design a Card Game

All secondary schools were invited to participate in the Sports @ Public Libraries – Design a Card Game Contest. They came up with interesting trivia from NLB’s resources and some beautiful designs too.
