About INVENT:

We’re a motley crew of folks who have more than a few “screws loose” between us. That’s what we appear to most people. Deep in the dank recesses of our labs however, our superhero alter egos take over, and we become a brilliant group of super cross-discipinary designers and facilitators with esoteric interests.

We have to date conducted more than 100 programmes for over 5,000 staff in private and public organizations, including CapitaLand Ltd, Sun Microsystems, Singapore Pools, MICA, DSTA, PUB, SingTel and for all the staff of SNEC.
(for a complete list of our clients, click here > Clients)

We have also facilitated in events such as the Ministry of Education’s E-One Forum in 2007, 2nd Networked Government Forum, the 3rd Public Service Innovation Summit, PS21 ExCEL convention 2002, Civil Service College’s 2004 Innovation Expedition Conference and 2004 International Association of Facilitators’ Asia Conference.

Our very own home grown Ask Stupid QuestionsTM (ASQ) and Aspiration Pathfinder (AsPITM) methodologies were used in the MICA Innovation Fiesta 2002-2005, as well as library developmental projects and strategic planning sessions for NLB, a Singapore Innovation Award and Singapore Quality Award (SQA) winner.

And seriously, we’re just a bunch of regular folks who happen to be brilliant super cross- disciplinary designers and facilitators with experience in areas including Creativity and Innovation, Customer Service, Business Process Re-engineering, Quality Management, Change Management, Organisational Development and Open Space Technology.

To boot, we’ve a Singapore Innovation-Class assessor and Singapore Innovation Award assessor hidden amongst us (somewhere).
