Gene Tan, Deputy Director of INVENT gave a talk at the Singapore Productivity Association’s (SPA) Business Excellence Best Practices Conference on 27 March 2008.

The theme was on “Innovation Through Teams”, and Gene’s talk drew a lot of interest, laughter and applause from the 100 or more attendees.
