Let French soprano Florence and Italian soprano Sabrina tickle your funny bone through repertoire comprising arias from movies, musicals, major opera and operettas such as The Sound of Music, The Wizard of Oz and more!

With piano accompaniment by Francesca Lee, Singapore.

Florence Coullet

French soprano Florence COULLET has learnt the art of Opera in the Conservatory of Aix-en-Provence (France). She has also taken part in amateur theatre productions in France.

A member of the Singapore Lyric Opera Choir, she has performed in the SLO 2005 Madama Butterfly as Kate Pinkerton, in SLO 2004 Merry Widow, as well as SLO concerts as choir member and as soloist.

Florence is devoted to the development of Arts and has worked for the renowned International Festival of Lyrical Arts of Aix-en-Provence, as well as for the Italian Cultural Institute of Marseille.

She holds a Master Degree in Applied Languages: English and Italian and is currently studying with Korean soprano Ae Ree Keong.

Sabrina Zuber

Italian soprano Sabrina first approached music at the age of six, when she undertook the learning of piano and music theory.

After she obtained the Master Degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures in Florence, Italy, she moved to Germany, where she began her choir singer career. Her vocal studies continued in France, under the direction of renowned French soprano Marguerite Caron.
She joined Singapore Lyric Opera choir in November 2004, soon after her arrival in Singapore and has been performing since then in all SLO productions.

In November 2006 she passed, with distinction, the exam “Performer’s Certificate” at Trinity Guildhall College London.

In 2007, she sung as soprano soloist in the Singaporean première of Buxtehude oratorium “Membra Jesu Nostri” and as Galatea in Haendel’s pastoral masque “Acis & Galatea.

In February 2008, she premiered in Singapore the role of Serpina in “La Serva Padrona”, by Pergolesi and in April 2008, she presented her first solo recital at Esplanade Recital Studio.
She is currently studying with soprano Stella Zhou.
