Alright everyone. It has just been confirmed that Ms Nayla Al Khaja, U.A.E.’s first independent national woman filmmaker, has replaced Mr Shekhar Kapur as the first keynote speaker on Day 1. You can view her biodata here.

Nayla’s presentation will touch on the importance of public education for knowledge economies, bridging gender and digital divides, as well as touching on how libraries personally benefited her growth and career.
